Mega News Update

Hi Guys,

It's been a while since our last blog and we wanted to share an update with you all.

Things are finally beginning to move forward with our expansion.

After some delays we have finally completed our lease and are in the process of wrapping the interior decorations for the store.

Were planning on having several 4x4 foot gaming tables for customer use in the store along with a paint station and a seating area for people to play board games and even a spot of dungeons and dragons if required.

Over the coming weeks we will be installing a wall mounted TV that will screen movies and shows as well as a food bar for soft drinks and refreshments.

Currently we are on target for the store opening at the start of August where customers will have the chance to get there hands on a copy of some of the Dominion, Indomitus and Warhammer Quest: Cursed City sets that we have been holding back for our launch.

So keep an eye our for an announcement on when our doors will open.

At this stage I think it's important to highlight the team that have been working hard to help get the store ready.

At launch our store will be managed by Dan who will be supported by Robin and Ashley.

All three of the store team started work at the beginning of July and have been putting in the hours to help get the walls decorated ready for the new furnishings to arrive.

This week we managed to finish the painting which gave Dan the opportunity to run through the basics on how to play Warhammer 40k with Ashley.

While Robin worked as our mixologist to come up with the smoothie recipes ready for when the store opens

Were really looking forward to sharing these with our customers to test them out as well as giving them a suitable name.

Though the general consensus was that the green one had to be call Nurgles Gift.

Now, with the team taking ownership of running the store along with placing and shipping order for our online customers, I'm now in the position where I can start to develop our own branded items and games.

Our next project will be a simple but fun strategy tile and card based game where 2-4 players will compete against each other.

Well be sharing more details of this in the coming weeks.

In addition I will be liaising with Will about our revised anthology of stores set in my Chronicles of Ollundra setting.

I just wanted to wrap up this blog by thanking all of our customers for their patience while we worked through this transition.

We have a lot of exciting things to come and we are looking forward to sharing this with you all.

Take care and I'll speak to you all soon.

Kind Regards

Craig
