A, Every time that a subscriber complete a purchase they will receive £1.00 credit for every £30 they spend on their order excluding postage. So a customer who buys £60 of products will receive £2.00 credit from that order.

A, You can redeem you credit at any time by contacting the customer service team. They will issue you with an evoucher equal to the credit that you are using.

Q, How long do subscriptions last?

A, Your subscription will either automatically renew every month or 12 months for annual subscriptions.
