Hi Guys,
I hope you have all had an awesome bank holiday and managed to make the most of it considering the limitations we all have.
I just wanted to write a little bit about my appreciation for all the feedback that I'm getting about the site and the customer service you have experienced.
There's only a few of us in the team here at the moment and that little bit of gratitude is always appreciated.
As I posted last week we had a mass of outstanding orders to ship for our ebay customers and with the exception of two orders we have finally managed to move forward with our new orders.
Which leads me to my next point.
Tonight we hit our 20th order through the new site, its been a slow process getting the site built and products listed but we are finally seeing our hard work pay off as orders are becoming easier to track and we are avoiding the referral fees from other sites.
So again another big thank you to everyone who has opted to support us by using our site.
Now, with that been said. Where are we going with this.
Well our first goal is to build the sites community up to 100+ member, this will allow us to offer some extra perks and rewards to people that help support our community by contributing to discussions and other content.
We are also looking to be able to turnover 200 orders a month by the end of the year.
If we hit this goal it will mean we will be generating around £1k of profit a month which will allow me to take on extra staff and maybe have time to go on holiday :)
I'll be posting about our other goals and projects over the coming weeks and I just wanted to thank you all again for your support.
