For those of you who have spoken to me directly about the Indomitus Box sets, you will be aware at my annoyance at the lack of availability of the Box sets and the impact it has had upon my customers.
Along with the way it was benefiting scalpers.
However I was always hoping that Games Workshop would double reintroduce the item on a second wave like Nintendo did with the SNES mini when the scalpers tried to hijack that item.
Well, normally on Monday I get a trade update regarding the upcoming pre orders for the following weekend and when I didnt get an update that made me a little hopeful that something was coming.
So after all our battling to help get as many of you a copy of the Indomitus set, it brings me great pleasure to share the below statement with you.
INDOMITUS: WE ARE MAKING MORE
As we’re sure you are aware, the new Warhammer 40,000 Indomitius box set has proven very popular. Demand from our trading partners has been unprecedented and pre-orders on our own website sold out in minutes, and we’re hearing similar stories from all of you.
We made a lot of this box, but it turns out - not enough. It was never the intent that this set would sell out so quickly, or to see any of our Warhammer fans miss out. So we are going to give another way for fans to get hold of a copy.
We’ll be running a Made to Order on Games-Workshop.com where anyone can get hold of a copy of Indomitus, if they missed out - for a limited time. There will be a limit of 1 copy of Indomitus per order.
We will also be extending this offer to all of our trading partners. You can start taking orders for this straight away. There will be no limits on how many you can order. We will be taking orders of your demand until the 30/07/2020.
These boxes will be made to order, and shipped just as fast as we can. We are expecting to be able to deliver everything before Christmas.
