I just wanted to let you know that we are starting a crowdfunding campaign to help raise some money to help us combat the delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The campaign is aimed at helping us give a focused push on three of our main projects and is due to start on the 06/05/2020.
The first project that we are looking to promote is our Jack and the Beanstalk children's board game. The reason we are looking to push this project first is down to two reasons.
Firstly we will be able to offer some much needed work to our talented team of artists who will be helping produce the game and its accompanying book and audiobook. This is important as a lot of work that would be handled by voice over artists and illustrators has dried up during the shutdown and this would give them a boost while things pick up.
Secondly this project is set to help promote the Wellchild UK charity with 50% of the profits from every board game going direct to charity so the sooner we can get this game produced and on sale the quicker we can help support this fantastic charity.
The second project that people can support is our Heroes of Ollundra strategic tabletop game that we are looking to release after Jack and the Beanstalk. Again the support from the campaign will help us pay the artist and finance the development of the miniatures for the game.
The final part of the project is our short film that we are planning to film at the Duncarron Medieval Village in Scotland. This project will help us promote the Chronicles of Ollundra setting and help us support that stunning location which is struggling due to a large reduction in visitor numbers due to the UK lockdown.
